• Drafting of trade and trade finance documentation for a variety of commodity finance transactions, such as non-recourse or limited recourse financing, pre-export financing, warehouse financing, export credits, barter and countertrade.
• Renegotiating or restructuring asset based or trade finance arrangements. Our firm is experienced in drafting a range of documentation required for restructuring existing finance arrangements, such as additional collateral documentation, additional corporate or private guarantees, amendments to existing MAC clauses, repayment and interest grace periods, etc.
• Forced sale of collateral, such as mortgaged vessels and pledged moveables.
